Our distinctive sauce gets its mahogany color and delectable flavor from a blending of whole-berry cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic and the flavor is as rich as the color! This Salmon with Mahogany Sauce certainly lives up to our tagline because it certainly deserves an "Ooh it's so good!"
What You'll Need
- 2 pounds salmon fillets (1-inch-thick)
- 1 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove and discard skin from salmon; place salmon in a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish.
- Stir together cranberry sauce and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Pour half of sauce (about 3/4 cup) over salmon, spreading to coat. Reserve remaining sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Cook reserved sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Serve with salmon. Sprinkle salmon with parsley.
