- COOK TIME
- 22 Min
Eat these right out of the oven for a quick dinner, or serve them at room temperature with a side of fruit salad for the ladies' luncheon.
What You'll Need
- 2 (6-ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (7½-ounce) package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tuna, peanuts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Flour a work surface and a rolling pin, then roll out each biscuit to a 5-inch circle. Line 10 muffin cups with the flattened biscuits, forming crusts.
- Fill the crusts equally with the tuna mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crusts are golden. Serve warm.
Makes about 10 tarts.
