Made this gelatin mold to be served with our Easter dinner Not only is this delicious but it's also a very pretty gelatin mold Loved the fresh raspberries which we served with it as well When it came to adding the peaches I used a -lb -oz can -ounces rather than -oz cans and I used Walmart's Great Value brand which the cling peaches had real pear juice from concentrate and water added to them I was a bit learly about that and wondered if the peach flavor would come through and it did I also noticed that those canned peaches had half the amount of calories and sugar added than those canned peaches which are in heavy syrup I served this in one of those -quart Tupperware gelatin molds but had some gelatin leftover so I added the rest to custard dishes to eat later This is one gelatin mold…Read More I look forward to preparing at Easter from now on Thank you Mr Food for sharing this recipe My family all loved it

This is one recipe that I will discard. I made it for Potluck Picnic and most people thought it was pumpkin by the color and bi passed it. It did not have a refreshing flavor or texture while eating it. not worth the work and cost in my opinion and 3/4 of it went into the garbage.
