I love simple and easy to make no bake desserts like this dip! Since it requires very little prep work, it is perfect for when you are hosting a large gathering and have to manage your time in the kitchen. I used some of those heath toffee bits when I made this, and I like the little bits of crunch throughout. Although it can be a little messy to eat, I like to spread this dip in between two square graham cracker halves and freeze them on a sheet pan for a sort of mock ice cream sandwich.
