    What's so exciting about our recipe for "Exciting Pasta"? Aside from the yummy creaminess, we think it has to do with our secret ingredient - salsa! It adds a different, yet welcoming, flavor to this dish. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

    What You'll Need

    • 1 pound fettuccine noodles
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 3/4 cup salsa
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

    What to Do

    1. Cook noodles in a pot according to package directions; drain and set aside in a bowl. In the same pot, combine butter, salsa, and Parmesan cheese.
    2. Cook over a low heat, stirring until butter melts; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and salt. Combine with warm fettuccine and toss. Sprinkle with parsley.

    Notes

    Your favorite kind or size of spaghetti will work, also. Feel free to add broccoli or cooked, chopped chicken or pepperoni to make it a complete meal!
