Macaroni and cheese made as a meatloaf. What a wonderful idea. I like the idea below of adding some broccoli or bacon to this since both are usual mac and cheese additions when I make up a pot. Just plain, this would be a great side dish and a novel way to present this. I probably would add some breadcrumb topping to the loaf. I have to give this a try the next time I have a craving for macaroni and cheese.

Come on, Mr. Food! You can do better than that. Boxed, processed mac and cheese. Really? I'd rather you post a recipe from scratch.

Wow, the recipe calls for boxes of mac cheese? With powdered cheese packets? Is it really that hard to just make this from scratch?

Hello :). That would be delicious! Add a half cup of cooked bacon, and roughly a half cup of chopped broccoli, or to your taste. :) Enjoy!
