- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ice
