This is right up my alley! But see no recent comments about it. (?) No matter! I'm making this tomorrow for a cool, refreshing taste of Spring! A comment from 5 yrs ago said they made it without the crust sometimes! The only ingredient I don't have is the graham cracker pie crust and 1st time I've NO graham crackers, either. May experiment using buttery round crackers for crust, or will make sans crust. Any suggestions from the Mr.Food Test Kitchen re alternate crusts? TY for any ideas! It sounds So Good! As in "Oooh it's SO GOOD" ! -) Thank you for sharing this Sure-to-Be delicious recipe! From a long time loyal and happy viewer

I make this all the time! Sometimes with orange jello, crushed pineapple, and mandarin oranges or with strawberry jello, fresh strawberries + blueberries, I call mine Light + Luscious Pie because that's what it is. Sometimes I don't even bother with a crust-just make in a nice bowl. Might try it with peaches next. Perfect summer dessert.
