What You'll Need
- 1 pound ground pork or veal
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil; mix well. Form the mixture into eight equal-sized patties.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and pan-fry the patties for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains.
