Simple Peach Pork Chops

You don't have to wait till peaches are in season to enjoy these chops. Canned peaches work nicely, making it a real peach of a dish.
What You'll Need
- 4 (1-inch-thick) pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (16-ounce) can peach slices, undrained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
What to Do
- Preheat the broiler. Place pork chops on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt and onion powder. Broil 5-1/2-inches from heat 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
- Combine peaches and remaining 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, uncovered, over low heat 10 minutes, stirring often. Arrange chops on a platter. Pour peach sauce over chops.
