Homemade barbecue is more popular than ever, so why not try our Skillet Barbecued Pork? This saucy pork chop recipe with its homemade sauce is just sweet enough and just spicy enough.

    What You'll Need

    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
    • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 pound)

    What to Do

    1. In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine honey, barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, and chili powder; mix well.

    2. Add pork chops to marinade; seal bag, shake to coat meat well then refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.

    3. In a large skillet, cook pork chops with sauce mixture over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Serve topped with sauce.

    Husband loved it

My wife and I liked this recipe. I used bone in pork chops, they were tender and we like the flavor of the sauce mixture.

Cooked it for My girlfriend and I and we did not care for it, The sauce smelled and tasted great but when it was cooked it had a different flavor that was not good at all. Plus but this has nothing to do with this but personally pork chops are always blah to me anyway, always dry and tasteless no matter where i buy them or where i have them when going out to eat.

I do NOT believe that ANY TRUE BBQ enthusiast EVER uses a sweetened BBQ sauce so why do recipe sites and food blogs continue to foist this POISON on readers? It is SUGAR (not fat) that KILLS. Bad recipe, bad, bad.

haven't you ever heard of BBQ sauce made with molasses or brown sugar?

    Sounds wonderful
