Potato Corn Bake

Veggies and potatoes in one dish, now that's entertaining made easy!
What You'll Need
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and heated through.
