You won't believe how easy it is to make our Jalapeno Chili Cheese fries! This recipe is perfect for any type of get-together, from potlucks to parties, to game day appetizers. These delicious chili cheese fries will disappear off the plate, so make sure you save a few for yourself.
What You'll Need
- 6 baking potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup prepared chili, warmed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno slices
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl toss potato wedges with oil. Place potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake potatoes for 30-35 minutes or until tender and crispy, turning over once during baking.
- Place fries on a large platter and top with chili sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeno slices. Serve immediately.
