So this St. Patty’s Day, if you’re in search of serving something that’s over-the-top-special with your green beer, then this is it. Give it a try…we found this to be a refreshing change of pace compared to our other go-to dips. 

    What You'll Need

    • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 (9-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed well, and drained
    • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
    • 3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
    • 3 tablespoons bacon bits
