One dip into our cheesy delight and it’ll be like you found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. So this St. Patty’s Day, if you’re in search of serving something that’s over-the-top-special with your green beer, then this is it. Give it a try…we found this to be a refreshing change of pace compared to our other go-to dips.
What You'll Need
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Vegetable Dip
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (9-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed well, and drained
- 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
