This recipe is awful. The applesauce and browning sauce gave the stew a bad taste. The texture was mushy. The pork was unappealing and dry. I can't get the bad taste out of my mouth. Wasting $15 of good pork leaves a bad taste in my mouth as well. Yuck.

Highly recommend! This took about 20 minutes to peel the carrots & potatoes... into the pot & REALLY good. This meal cost about $7.00 and we made this stretch across 3 evening meals. Not bad for the effort, cost & tasty reward! Keep 'em coming!
