I made these the other day and they are delicious. It says to put the dough up 1/2" up the sides, but it left too much crust on the outer edge. And dumb me, I put everything in the filling except the egg. It was sitting right in front of me and I just overlooked it! However, it still turned out delicious and thanks for the recipe. Next time I won't be do dumb and will add the egg, I am sure it will make a difference. :)

I made these for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about how good they were. Very simple to make and not quite as sweet as pecan pie. Will definitely be making them again.
