Cheesy Chilie Chicken

What You'll Need
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
What to Do

Combine first 4 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear. Remove from heat; top evenly with chilies and cheese. Cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired.
