What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 4 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
What to Do
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger; add the fish, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the fish on an oiled grill rack. Grill the fish for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, place the reserved marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Let boil until reduced and thickened. Add the mandarin oranges and pour over the swordfish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
