- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- FILLING
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons milk
- STRAWBERRY SWIRL
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar

These are amazing! So easy to make too. The crust is so delicious, I now use it for everything. Just used the crust last night for cheesecake bars. We all love lemon bars, and the strawberries take it up a notch.
