Chicken Paprikash will please even your pickiest dinner guest. It's creamy, hot, and savory.
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total)
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and brown for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken. Serve with the sauce spooned over the chicken.
