S'more Brownie Pie

This is our way to make and bake s'mores ahead of time for bringing along to the campsite (or to almost any get-together)! Now, if you want to serve it extra-gooey, go ahead and warm it up over the campfire just before serving.

What You'll Need

1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix, batter prepared according to the package directions
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup marshmallow creme, melted
1/2 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers

What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray and place brownie batter in it; bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top; using a knife, spread melting chips like frosting over top of brownies. Drizzle with marshmallow creme and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Allow to cool slightly; wrap well. Just before serving, reheat, if desired, then cut into wedges.

Notes
