This is one of our easiest sweet potato recipes 'cause it comes together in just three easy steps. Crispy Sweet Potato Bake is a tasty and yes, crispy, side dish that you'll want to add to your dinner spread!
What You'll Need
- 1 (48-ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely crushed frosted corn flakes
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except corn flakes; mix well. Spoon into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle corn flakes evenly over potato mixture.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm and golden.
