Grilled Caribbean Tuna

In just about 10 minutes, you can have flavor-packed grilled tuna steaks on the table for the family. Now, that's what I call quick and easy!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 tuna steaks

What to Do

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (300 to 350 degrees). Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Brush mayonnaise mixture on both sides of fish. Grill fish, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
