Grilled Caribbean Tuna

In just about 10 minutes, you can have flavor-packed grilled tuna steaks on the table for the family. Now, that's what I call quick and easy!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tuna steaks
What to Do
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (300 to 350 degrees). Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Brush mayonnaise mixture on both sides of fish. Grill fish, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
