- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place fish I fillets in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine lime juice, sour cream, and parsley, stirring well; pour over fish. Sprinkle with lime rind.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Grated lime rind adds pretty flecks of color and hints at the flavor of these fish fillets drenched with a lime juice-spiked sour cream sauce, so be sure to grate the lime before juicing it.
