This was absolutely delicious - restaurant quality! The use of imitation crab meat was perfect for me, as I'm allergic to crab. My husband and I both loved this dish and I will be making it again and often! Thank you for a real winner!

They sometimes serve a dish just like this at that famous seafood chain restaurant (I'm not mentioning any names) but it can be so expensive there! Now you can make this delicious and fancy looking dish at home at a mere fraction of the cost of eating out! All the seafood lovers in your family will ask you to make this again and again! I like to serve it with a baked sweet potato and corn on the cob on the side.

I have been looking for this recipe for awhile on other sites and to NO prevail. I will be coming back. I will be making these on Wednesday. I will switch and use Shrimp. Yummy yummy.

Oh yummm! Can't wait for the next time!

Made this and it was great. Cook time is a bit short for my taste, but thats just me. Will make it again.

i LOVE how easy this is, with few and simple easy to find ingredients!! Will be adding this to my cookbook to make again and again! Had some stuffing leftover so added some cream cheese and stuffed some mushrooms! WOWOW!!! Try adding cooked crumbled bacon to the stuffing..... YUMMY!!!

My son who HATES fish asks me weekly to make this for him ...I used lump crab and squeeze a bit a lemon over it before serving. I also served fresh steamed green beans and sauteed a fresh tomato in garlic and olive oil with a dash of balsamic vinegar and seasoned to taste to go over the beans. He says I'm his gourmet chef ...the lil bugger stole my heart with that one!

Very good and easy to make!!!!

Recipe looks great (I saved it) but imitation crab? Not on a bet. The garlic and onion powders are out, too.

This is Mr. Food website who takes pride in making easy recipes with fewer ingredients and fewer steps, and ingredients that are much easier to find. If you don't like it, go elsewhere!!!!

Kojak, seriously, if you are going to spend good money on salmon why use imitation crab? But if you can't find good crab I guess shrimp would be my next pick.

OMG. Seems that Kojak has anger issues. He has another similar comment below. I agree with not using imitation crab meat but I'm afraid of Kojak.

Oh, that stuffed salmon was very appetizing!! " OOh it's so good"

It was fantastic. Will make it again.

I prepared this dish and it was delicious! I used real crabmeat and plain breadcrumbs. I used dill and lemon instead of onion and garlic powder. I plan to prepare this dish again and again!!!

I don't cook with fish often enough, but this recipe will definitely help remedy that. It truly was quick and easy with simple ingredients, but nice enough to impress company and healthy too. What's not to love!

YUMMMM. Tried it last night with potatoes and asparagus. Can't wait to do it again!

NO WAY I'M USING "FAKE" CRABMEAT!!!

It will be on this Friday's Lenten Menue. Can't wait to try it!
