Microwave Pralines

If you thought pralines were hard to make, try my microwave version! They turn out perfect every time.
What You'll Need
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-safe glass measuring cup. Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes, stirring well. Microwave 5 to 6 more minutes, stirring well. Working rapidly, drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper; let stand until firm.
Notes
If you're oven is 1,000 watts, use the lowest cooking time option.
